Volunteering is an excellent way to be part of what is the world’s most exciting sporting event, the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. In Essex the mountain biking is being held at Hadleigh Farm, whilst the canoe slalom is taking place at the Lee Valley White Water Centre, right next door to Essex on the border with Hertfordshire.
